Live in Moment

I am here to talk about the topic ‘how to live in the moment’. In my point of you living in the moment is not always easy because sometimes our thoughts are overwhelmed by regrets about the past events or about the future which makes hard enjoy the present. To learn how to live in the moment we can follow some activities like meditation. Meditation is nothing but keeping our mind attention it is a state of relaxation and also helps us to reduce our stress .We can say meditation as being patience .Being Patience is very rare in this period .Each and everyone are fulfilled of stress. So try to reduce your stress and try to keep your mind attention. Now, do you think only meditation helps you to live in the moment ?of course no! your feelings ,your expressions ,your emotions are also responsible on living in the moment .We can say smiling ,thanking focusing, even being kind are some feelings ,expressions, emotions which we have to follow. smiling we all know about the expression smile .Definitely everyone will have the question why we have to smile? or what is special about smile ?Now the answer is when you smile your brain releases tiny molecules which also helps you to reduce your stress. When you ,your brain feels happy automatically you smile out . “Nothing is permanent everyone everything I just passing clouds don’t stress yourself keep smiling make your life bright” focusing you should be clear cut in your work .You should not puzzle yourself or by someone or something .By focusing you can do your work properly as you wish. Live in the moment by focusing. thanking ‘thank you’ sound’s easy,doesn’t it? but always not .Use the word thanks or thank you when you feel grateful or when you express your gratitude.When someone makes you smile or to be happy thank them for being your life.Live in the moment by expressing your gratitude. being kind“`kind is nothingĀ  but being helpful and being truthful to others.If you are kind your life will be happiest one .It makes you smile and also others to smile . okay now we saw the feelings, expressions ,emotions which we have to follow but there are some which we have to that is worrying worrying is a total waste of time .For example ,if you fail in your exams you feel bad and worry about the issues happened in the past. If you think about the past there is no use because past is past ,present is present ,future is future you cannot change the past but you can change the future but it also depends on what you are doing now. so present is the make every second useful for your life . Be happy for this moment, this moment is your life thank you
