Sport play great role in our overall development. Sports help to improve physical and metal fitness. Sports teach us discipline, team splint and time management. Regular sports can help to increase stamina, strength of bone and muscles. Also increase our immunity power.
Regular sporting activities can prevent us many disease. It is help to reduce the stress, changes of obesity and improve the levels of sleep. By playing sports lungs function also improve and became healthy because of more amount oxygen is supplied.
It is also improve the personality of peoples. Sports provide healthy competition among peoples. Keep in view the importance of sports, Sport’s Day celebrated on 29th August every year in India.
