I am going to speak a few words about the

“IMPORTANCE OF KINDNESS”

Kindness is the quality of being friendly and thinking about

other people’s feelings and sharing.

In this world when we all are engaged with our daily routine work we definitely need someone whose kindness reduces stress and improves emotional well-being.

Isn’t it?

Yes, we definitely need some one.

Kindness is the greatest gift that you can give to someone who is in need, by your helping hand.

Kindness can boost feelings of confidence and happiness. The golden rule of kindness is : you should treat others as you would like to be treated.

Most important is the act of kindness releases hormones and chemicals in our bodies that help us feel better physically and mentally.

There are many ways to show kindness such as to smile at others, compliment others, stay connected, offer a helping hand, focus on others and many more ways expressing our kind heart.

There is a saying that kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. By being kind you can conquer in one’s heart and make the world a happier place for everyone.

Universal symbol of kindness include the heart sign, the hug emoji and bluebell flowers and also there are symbols that in only particular cultures or religions recognise.
