About the Role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Media & Content Creator to showcase the school’s journey through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing memorable moments, producing high-quality multimedia content, and managing the school’s digital presence to engage students, parents, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photographs and videos of classroom activities, school events, celebrations, and achievements.
• Edit photos and videos to create engaging content for social media, the school website, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan, create, and publish reels, short-form videos, and other digital content across the school’s social media platforms.
• Design creative promotional materials, including posters, banners, and event announcements.
• Maintain and organize the school’s digital media library.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure timely coverage of academic, cultural, sports, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with the school’s branding, values, and communication standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing, and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation and video production techniques.
• Hands-on experience with editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver high-quality content.
