About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and compassionate KG Mother Teacher to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for kindergarten students. The ideal candidate should foster children’s social, emotional, and early academic development through play-based and activity-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities suitable for young learners.
• Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and monitor each child’s progress and communicate with parents when required.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and team planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Preferred).
• Experience teaching kindergarten or preschool students is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Ability to create a joyful, interactive, and child-friendly learning environment.
