About the Role

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to help senior school students develop strong conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to make complex mathematical concepts clear and engaging while preparing students for academic excellence and higher-level studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics using concept-based, analytical, and problem-solving approaches.
• Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and students’ academic needs.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly and encourage logical and critical thinking.
• Design and conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
• Maintain accurate academic records and ensure effective classroom management.
• Prepare students for examinations, competitive assessments, and higher education where applicable.
• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, school events, and collaborative activities.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a related subject with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Experience teaching senior secondary students is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use innovative and technology-enabled teaching methods.
• Passion for inspiring students to develop confidence and excellence in Mathematics.
