Position: TGT – Social Science Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Social Science Teacher to make learning meaningful and engaging for middle school students. The ideal candidate should encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and an understanding of history, geography, civics, and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Social Science subjects using interactive and concept-based learning methods.
• Prepare lesson plans that promote analytical thinking and active participation.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic records and classroom discipline.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and collaborative academic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Science/History/Geography or a related subject with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Experience teaching middle school students is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for inspiring students and making Social Science engaging.
